No Of cutlets: 10
½ kg Chicken Mince
1 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
Hand Full of Fresh coriander
1 tsp. chili Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs(enough to roll the cutlets)
Oil for deep frying
Place the chicken Mince(if chicken mince is not available for you can but fillets and put all the ingredients except egg and breadcrumbs in a blender and make a smooth paste) and the rest of the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs in a mixing
bowl and mix them thoroughly. Beat the egg in a bowl. Take a plate and pour Bread crumbs(enough to roll the cutlets) .
Take lime sized balls of the mixture and shape them in square or oval shape petting them gently between your hands. Dip the beaten egg and roll them in the bread crumbs and gently fry in hot oil. Repeat
the procedure till the mixture is all finished.
Serve hot with any dip or sauce.
