1 kg lamb

2 onions

3 chillies

1 TSP garlic puree

1 tsp. Ginger paste

1 TBS garam masala

Salt to taste

3 TBS oil

1 tsp. Chilli powder

2 TBS lime juice

Cooking method:

Pressure cook the lamb with 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside take a cooking pan heat the oil in it add the chopped onions and chillies and fry till the onion is brown add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 3minutes. Now add the cooked lamb with the without throwing the water. Now add the salt and chilli powder. Cook till the water has almost evaporated then add the garam masala and mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool and sprinkle lemon juice just before serving.
