2 cups cooked long grain rice
1 carrot chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup finely chopped beans
Handful of green peas
1/4 tsp chilli paste
1/2 tbsp garlic puree
1/4 tbsp ginger puree
2 tbsp soysauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil
Heat the oil in a wok till it is very hot and add the ginger garlic and chilli paste and break the eggs and pour directly into the wok scramble the eggs and mix, let the egg cook completely Now add the vegetables, salt and soy sauce and cook on high for 3 minutes, turn the heat to medium and cook till the vegetables are slightly tender and slightly crispy. Now add the rice and mix with a fork separating the rice taking care not to mash , mix well sprinkle pepper and take off heat.
Packet of frozen stir fry vegetables can be added instead of vegetables.
