175gms Basmati rice
400ml boiling water
Cook the basmati rice in boiling water till the rice is soft and drain off all the water, Alternatively you can cook it in the microwave the recipe for it is at
Now heat a wok and melt the butter and add rest of the ingredients except salt to it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add the rice and salt to it and mix well without mashing the rice and take off the heat.
