1 Cup Rava, 1 Cup Sugar; Elaka's - 2-3; Cashewnuts - 4 Tbspns; Plums 4 Tbspns; Warm Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 Cup; 2 Tbspns Ghee for frying the Cashewnuts & Plums.


Broil the Rava Lightly - remove from heat & let it cool - dry grind in the dry grinder & keep aside. Take the sugar & pass it throu' the dry grinder, add the sugar powder to the Rava powder, add the elaka's (powdered) to the Rava/Sugar Mixture - mix well with a spoon.

Fry the Cashewnuts in ghee & add to the Rava/Sugar/Elaka Mixture; do the same with the Plums, mix well.

Now sprinkle the warm milk over the Rava Mixture & form ( catch) the Laddu's. Follow the same procedure till all the mixture is over - let it stand (to dry) for 15 mins then serve.
