1/2 kg lean Mince meat 

1 egg white

1 tsp ginger paste

1/3 cup yogurt

1 1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp salt

5 tbsp onion juice extracted from 1 small onion

2-3 green chilies 

2 tbsp oil


Wash and drain meat. Squeeze out the water. Beat egg white. Finely chop green chilies. Grate ginger. Grind onion and squeeze out the juice. Mix the meat with all the ingredients and and marinate for 2-3 hours . Shape the meat into patties. Heat the grill and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes. Place patties ina baking tray and cook in a preheated 450 degree oven for 6-7 minutes on each side. Serve them hot.
